EMOTION CODE:

Everybody in their life has experienced something that causes emotional stress, and those negative emotions and frequencies get stuck in our bodies causing havoc. Imagine two parallel lines and a circle in the middle of them that’s distorting the lines and causing them to bend or curve. That’s what trapped frequencies do to our bodies (frequencies are the circle and the lines are organs, energy pathways, etc.). They can get lodged anywhere in the body, cause emotional stress, physical ailments like inflammation and disease, and can cause our programming to get unbalanced. If you have a tendency towards anger, that’s probably what is stuck in your body, and that then becomes the first emotion you gravitate towards when new negative events come up in your life. When we release whatever negative frequencies are stuck, our body is then able to naturally heal itself and get back into balance. We feel lighter, can breathe easier, and are able to pause before choosing our emotions in tricky situations. We also find that some physical pains go away because we released those negative trapped emotions and frequencies.

BODY CODE:

The Body Code encompasses Emotion Code and additionally searches for other misalignments like ‘the will to not do something’, the health of organs, it’s energetic systems, and other types of frequencies. It looks at:

  • Potential energetic imbalances like trapped emotions, offensive energies, mental imbalances, etc.

  • Pathogens, both physical and energetic

  • Physical and energetic body circuits and systems like organ and glands and their communications

  • Misalignments within the physical and energetic body- like muscles and skeleton system

  • Checks for any toxins, both physical and energetic

  • Looks for outside aids that could bring a more efficient healing (like essential oils, supplements, therapy, etc.)


BELIEF Code:

Belief Code encompasses Emotion and Body Codes, while additionally releasing whole negative belief systems. For example, if you were told you were stupid growing up, only half of you would believe that because you were created to fight for yourself. If there is a belief system that’s not congruent with the conscious mind, it can be released. Often times when these belief systems linger, they can create emotions within us. It’s important to release belief systems in addition to the emotions feeding them, otherwise, it will generate a cycle effect (a belief system can recreate new emotions and body imbalances that will continue to feed and self-sustain the belief system).
